We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator to join our dynamic and driven team based in Leeds. Our client is a reputable company going through a period of growth, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, rewarding, customer-driven organisation.

As the Technical Support Coordinator, your job will involve:

  • Acting as a customer facing technical liaison for all customer requests 
  • Manage all customer requests using internal CRM and ensure all notes are kept up to date 
  • Responding to all customer requests for new projects and collect appropriate details to enable developers to estimate and plan developments 
  • Assist with customer queries and deal with request efficiently 
  • Provide regular updates internally for projects 
  • Assist the development team with testing and delivery of software including guiding customers through solutions

The successful Technical Support Coordinator will have:

  • Technical support experience and understanding of how to deal with software customisation requests 
  • Superb communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Results orientated and focused 
  • Ability to prioritise, particularly at busy periods 
  • A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach 
  • Smart appearance and professional attitude.
