Technical Support Advisor - £20k - £24k (Dep on Experience) Excellent opportunity to join an exciting and expanding business in the IT Software industry.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Advisor to join a customer focused and productive team, based in Garforth, Leeds. Our client is a reputable software company going through a period of growth, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an evolving industry sector with fantastic progression for the right person.

As the Technical Support Advisor, your job will involve:

  • Dealing with customer support requests, both over the phone and via email 
  • Manage all customer requests using internal CRM and ensure all notes are kept up to date 
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in a timely manner, in line with SLA’s
  • Develop strong, in-depth knowledge of the product
  • Attend and conduct onsite training sessions with clients (once product training completed) 
  • Assist with customer queries and deal with request efficiently 
  • Provide regular updates internally for projects 
  • Assist the development team with testing and delivery of software including guiding customers through solutions
  • Visit customers UK wide when required 

The successful Technical Support Coordinator will have:

  • Strong technical / IT experience would be a distinct advantage 
  • Logical thinker and ability to problem solve 
  • Ability to deal with customers in a professional and personable manner both over the phone and face to face 
  • Superb communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Results orientated and focused 
  • Ability to prioritise, particularly at busy periods 
  • A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach 
  • Smart appearance and professional attitude. 
  • Due to the travel involved, must have driving licence and own transport
