Finance Administrator – Leeds – Salary £16k - £18k, Excellent Opportunity to join a successful, growing business.

Our client is a very exciting business, going through a period of growth. They are a technology company that work with transport and services providers across the UK. As part of their growth, they are expanding their commercial finance team and are looking for a dynamic individual who would relish this opportunity.

As Finance Administrator, your job will be to:

  • Calculating / checking bank payments and input to Sage.
  • Input all daily banking to Sage accounts
  • Manually post all purchase invoices to Sage Line 50.
  • To analyses and input all credit card transactions monthly
  • To process all employee expenses claims  
  • Assist with Purchase Order checking against invoices.
  • Complete the monthly deadlines associated with your role as Finance Administrator.
  • Assist with stock take monthly, yearend.
  • Calculate stock cost valuing monthly and report to FA.
  • Assist with yearend audit work, when requested.
  • Any other ad hoc duties the FA/CFO may require from time to time.
  • Complies with company policies & processes, particularly for quality, data protection, information security & secure systems engineering.

The Finance Administrator will ideally be/have:

  • Minimum of GCSE Math’s (Essential) or times served in role
  • Sage 50 experience (Desirable)Excellent communicator
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of management
  • Maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
  • Attention to detail, organised with a methodical approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Essential)
