Administrator (French Speaking) £20k - £22k, 25 Days Holidays, Pension Scheme

We have a brilliant opportunity for a French and English-speaking sales & billing administrator to join a fast-growing, reputable company leading in the tech market. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be based in the company’s busy finance office in Leeds.

They will possess excellent business, organisational and communication skills and be primarily responsible for administration and customer billing. 

As the Administrator, your job will be to: 

  • Create customer accounts using internal systems
  • Process credit checks for new customers
  •  Communicate daily with the sales and deployment teams to maintain high-quality customer service
  • Process sales orders in Salesforce.com
  • Ensure accurate data entry at all times
  • Work towards tight deadlines and ensure all relevant departments are kept up to date with progress

    You will ideally have/be: 
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Experience working as an Administrator is essential
  • Able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
